Bridging Training and Research for Industry and the Wider Community
The conference will bring together food scientists from research and industry, technologists, students, food consumers and the wider community, to discuss and collaborate on specific topics relevant to Food Science and Technology, Industry and Education, under the themes:
- New Skills for New Jobs
- New Tools for Research and Food Process Innovation
- Food for Wellbeing: an international Perspective
The conference will allow the dissemination of ISEKI_Food 3 and ISEKI_Mundus 2 project accomplishments and the future activities of the ISEKI_Food Association.
Involving organised speaker sessions, poster presentations and exhibitions, the conference will also offer two workshops based on the following thematic areas:
- Quality Standards in Food Studies
- Food Professional Regulation in EU
