Nora O Brien at the 6th International Congress of Pigments in Foods

Nora O'Brien, Professor at the College of Science, Engineering and Food Science of University College Cork and Head of the Nutritional Biochemistry group (http://www.ucc.ie/en/nbrg) will be representing the IPFN at the upcoming 6th European congress of Pigments in Foods, that will be held in Budapest, Hungary during 20-24 June 2010.
Prof. O'Brien will be presenting a poster entitled:
