This special section is dedicated to the issues of the Newsletter of the Irish Phytochemical Food Network.
This is the second issue of the IPFN Newsletter. The purpose of the Newsletter is not only to disseminate information on IPFN activities, but also to inform on news and events organized by the IPFN or organized by other institutions and related with phytochemicals.
In this issue topics such as bioavailability, modelling processes, new product developement and consumer choice are discussed.
